Jared is a Medical Doctor with a PhD in Health Services who specializes in consulting to medical centers looking to establish new facilities. He works closely with other health professionals, property developers and market research companies to design Health Clinics that offer patients optimum care and comfort while maximizing the return on investment for the developers.

Jared regularly needs to keep his partners updated with plans, mock-ups, budgets and high-resolution images. Although the files aren't necessarily huge (they average about 15Mb) they are too large to email and mailing the files on a CD isn't practical.

So, how did you first hear about 2Large2Email?

One of the marketing research firms with which I work sent me a file using 2Large2Email. I was impressed with the method: I received an email displaying their logo and color scheme, with a download link to retrieve the file.

What were your first impressions?

My first impression was from the point of view of the recipient. The entire process was very professional and straightforward. When I signed up for my plan I was impressed with the intuitive nature of the product and the way it could save me time.

So tell us what happened when you first used 2Large2Email.

It worked exactly how I expected: I uploaded a file, selected from the address book the person I wanted to send the file to, and then hit send. Soon thereafter I received an email advising me that person had begun to download my document.

From previous experience I know it's not practical to send files by email if they're more than about 5Mb. Therefore, I would either mail a CD or share the files by USB stick when next I met with them.

What sort of changes have you noticed in your workflow?

I now have a much more efficient means of sharing files at my disposal. I have no complaints from the people to whom I send the files, so I'm led to believe this is a better solution for me.

How many people do you send files to?

I send about five large files a week.
