- Why do you need my personal details?
When you sign up for a paid 2Large2Email plan, you automatically get the first 30 days free, as a trial. You won't be billed a cent if you cancel within the free trial period. If you keep your account open past your 30 day free trial we'll bill you as normal. As with any internet credit card transaction we need your personal details for verification and to ensure there's room to charge your first month should you keep your account open. This prevents any interruption in service. Your personal information (including your credit card) remains secure and private at all times.
- How do I put my own company colors into the email the recipient gets?
When you send a file to a recipient or a contact they receive an email with a link and download instructions. You can change the appearance of this email so that it reflects your company colors. Administrators and account owners can change the appearance of the email by selecting the "Style" tab in the Preferences section. Click in the boxes to change colors. If you know the color code you can type it in directly.
- How do I add my company logo to 2Large2Email?
You can personalize your 2Large2Email account by adding your company logo to the account pages, and also to the email that the recipient receives when you send them a file. In the top left of the main 2Large2Email screen you'll see a box with "Your Logo Here" written inside. Simply click inside the box and follow the prompts to add your logo. It will need to be in a jpg, gif, tif or png format
- As an administrator, how do I change MY password?
To change YOUR password you simply need to select the "Change Password" tab in the "Preferences" section. Simply enter the password twice and the next time you log in just use that new password to access your account.
- As an administrator, how do I change USERS' passwords?
Sometimes users forget or lose their passwords and need them reset. As an administrator you have the power to enter a new password for the user. In the "Users" section of 2Large2Email there's a "Your Users" tab. Find the user who needs the new password and click "edit" next to their name. At the bottom of the page there's a "Change Password" link. Choose that link, enter the new password twice and save the changes. Once you do this the user will receive an email advising them of the change. When they log in again they can always choose a new password for themselves, in their "Preferences" section.
- I'm a user. How do I change my password?
Users who do NOT have administrator access can only change their own passwords. You simply need to select the "Change Password" tab in the "Preferences" section. Simply enter the password twice and the next time you log in just use that new password to access your account.
- I've changed my email address. How do I change it in 2Large2Email?
Any 2Large2Email user can change their email address. This is the address the recipient sees when you send them a large file. It's also the address where important 2Large2Email information will be sent should the need arise. In the "Preferences" section click the "Change Email" tab and enter your new email address twice (for verification). Click "change" and you're done.
