Adding users, restricting user privileges

  1. What is the difference between a user and a contact?
    2Large2Email has two different lists of people. The Address Book section contains a list of contacts and these are the people to whom you can send files. You can send files to contacts not in the Address Book by simply typing in their address in the "Send Files" section. Users are the people who actually send files using 2Large2Email. Each account has an administrator who can add or delete users - basically they decide who gets to use the account to send files.
  2. How do I add a user?
    Administrators can add users to their 2Large2Email account by simply clicking on the Users section in 2Large2Email. In that section there's an "Add Users" tab where the administrator or account holder can quite easily just type in the email addresses of the people they would like to be users. When you click "add" these people will receive an email with a link for them to finalize the process. They can be sending files in just a few minutes.
  3. How do I add a contact?
    All account users can add contacts to the Address Book by simply clicking on the "Add Contact" tab in the Address Book section. If you want to send an email to someone who is not in the Address Book, go ahead and type their email address into the "Send Files" section and they will receive the file.
  4. How do I stop a user from sending files?
    There's no limit to the number of people who can send files from each account. The administrator or account owner can determine who has the privileges of being able to send the files from their 2Large2Email account. Just as the administrator can add people to the account, they can quite easily withdraw that privilege and prevent certain users from sending files. The administrator only need go to the Users section and hit delete next to the name of the user they would like to stop using the product. The person can be returned as a user simply by "adding" them again.
  5. How do I import my address book from Outlook or Excel? (coming soon)
    This feature isn't available yet but very soon users will be able to import address books from Outlook to save re-typing addresses and contacts.
  6. How do I add another person to use my account so they can send files to?
