1. What is the Dropbox?
   The Dropbox is a special web page with your company branding where people can visit and upload large files they want to send to you. For instance, if you were a printer your clients could visit your Dropbox page and upload artwork they want you to print.
2. Who can use the Dropbox?
   You decide who gets to use the Dropbox. Access to the Dropbox is restricted by a password, and you simply send the password to those colleagues, customers and friends who you would like to permit use of the Dropbox
3. How do I use the Dropbox?
   Using the Dropbox is a simple three step process. You simply go to a webpage, type in some details, upload a file and hit send. Then the person you're sending the file to receives an email and can download your file in no time.
4. How do I add email addresses in the "To:" field in the Dropbox?
   To avoid spamming and hacking issues we have made the Dropbox so only the account holder can add new email addresses.
5. How do I add multiple files to the Dropbox?
   To add multiple files simply hit the "Add more files" button at the bottom of the page. When you have chosen as many files as you want simply hit send.
