  1. How do I change or update my credit card information?
    Only the account owner or administrator can change the credit card used for monthly 2Large2Email billing. Go to the "Account Details" tab under the "Preferences" section and edit the information there. Normally changes will need to be done at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to ensure the updated information is used.
  2. Where can I find or get a copy of an invoice?
    The administrator or account owner can log into their account and access invoices in the preferences section. All invoices relating to the account will be listed here, and they will have been emailed to the account owner each month too.
  3. How do I add another person to use my account so they can send files to?
    Administrators can allow other people to use their 2Large2Email account by simply clicking on the Users section. In that section there's an "Add Users" tab where the administrator or account holder can quite easily just type in the email addresses of the people they would like to use the account. When you click "add" these people will receive an email with a link for them to finalize the process. They can be sending files in just a few minutes.
  4. How can I give someone else administrator rights to my account?
    As the account holder you can choose to give another user administrator privileges in your 2Large2Email account. You can change the privileges of an existing user or add a new user with administrator access. The user will enjoy all of the benefits of manager access but will not be able to access the billing section of your account for security reasons. For a new user; simply go to the ‘Users’ section in the navigation bar and select the ‘Add’ tab. Fill out the required details and at the bottom of the page select the tick box to grant access to manager mode for the user. For an existing user; go to the ‘Users’ section in the navigation bar and select the ‘View/Edit’ tab. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the tick box to grant access to manager mode for the user. Select the ‘Save’ option and manager privileges will be allowed.
  5. Can I pay for my account a year in advance? What payment methods are accepted?
    When you sign-up for your 2Large2Email account you will have the option of paying either monthly or yearly. In the ‘Account Sign-up’ section scroll down to the ‘Billing’ tab and select either monthly or yearly billing. You will notice there is a saving of 2 months subscription fees if you pay yearly. Unfortunately, if you have already signed up and selected the monthly billing option you will not be able to change to yearly billing. Payment types accepted by 2Large2Email include Visa, AMEX and Mastercard.
  6. Why does it take so long to upload a file?
    Sometimes users can experience slow upload times for large files. Our servers can handle pretty quick uploads so if you're finding it's taking a long time to upload your file, it could be at your ISP's end. Remember - most ISP's offer much faster download speeds than they do upload speeds, so where it might take a minute to download a 100Mb file it could take 15 minutes to upload the same file. 2Large2Email is designed to maximize your bandwidth capacity to get the file uploaded as quickly as possible. You can continue to use your computer as normal while the file is uploading. A way to avoid lengthy wait periods is to upload the file in the background and store it in the filing cabinet for future use.
