  • How hard is it to start?

Signup takes about 48 seconds (give or take!) and once that's completed you can start sending your large files. There's no software to install, no user manual and no learning curve. And there are videos to help you get started.
  • How does the payment work?

When you signup to 2Large2Email you will be charged monthly or yearly. If you like 2Large2Email (we hope you will!) and continue using it then your credit card will be billed each month or year and you'll be emailed an invoice. We can't accept Purchase Orders, direct deposits or PayPal but we do accept Amex, Visa and MasterCard.
  • I'm not sending as many files as I thought I would?

That's OK - you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at anytime, without penalty. Keep changing plans until you find the one that's best for you.
  • Max Size Per Send

This is the maximum size of a file you can upload on your account at once. If you need to upload larger files consider upgrading your account. If you need more than a 1 gigabyte limit, "Contact Us" to discuss other options.
  • How many people can use my 2Large2Email account?

There are no per-user charges, so you can let everyone in your organization use 2Large2Email. There are no limits to the number of people you can allow to use your account and each user can have their own log-in.
  • Link Expire

Every file you send has a link for the recipient to download that file. The links expire after a certain period of time. If you need longer consider upgrading your account, or send the file again. You can store files in your Filing Cabinet to save uploading them again.
  • *Downloads Per File

Each file you send can only be downloaded a certain number of times. This is to avoid your "bandwidth" limit from blowing out. Your downloads are limited by number or bandwidth, whichever comes first.
  • Total Upload & Sends Per Month

We refer to bandwidth as the traffic that flows to and from the server. The bandwidth is the combined total of uploads you make and downloads the recipient makes and is measured in megabytes (Mb) and gigabytes (Gb). For example, if you upload a 100Mb file and it is downloaded 499 times then the total bandwidth is 50Gb. Or, if you upload a 15Mb file and it is downloaded 65 times, that's about 1 Gb of bandwidth.
  • Password Protection

If you have a paid 2Large2Email account you can add a password for extra security. Essentially this stops people "accidentally" downloading your file, because they have to enter your password before the download can take place. You can nominate a password when you send a file.
  • Multiple Files

Paid 2Large2Email plans have the ability to send more than one file at a time. The recipient will be able to download each file separately so they only download the files they need.
  • Multiple Recipients

You can send files to more than one person at a time with a paid 2Large2Email plan. Simply choose as many recipients as you would like and they will all receive a personalized email with a link to download your file.
  • Dropbox

The Dropbox is a special web page with your company branding where people can visit and upload large files they want to send to you. For instance, if you were a printing company your clients could visit your Dropbox page and upload artwork they want you to print.
  • Delivery Reporting

The Standard and Premium 2Large2Email plans have a special "outbox" that allows you to keep a track of the files you've sent, and when they were downloaded. The Basic plan doesn't include this feature.
  • SSL Security

SSL stands for Secure Socket Layer and is the kind of security used to protect popular internet banking sites. It encrypts data to prevent hackers from intercepting your files, to offer you great security.
  • Company Branding

Customize your colors and include your company logo for that extra professional touch. Available on the Standard and Premium plans, Company Branding is included in your account and in all your recipient contacts.
  • Send AND Receive

The Dropbox feature allows you to set up a page where you can receive large files from your colleagues and customers. If you run a printing press, for example, your customers could send you their art files they want printed. And it's all under your account - it's easy and organized.
